Inexpensive and very durable 50cc sport / midrace cast iron cylinder by tuning expert Stage6. Renowned piston manufacturer Vertex is making the pistons for this top quality kit. The cylinder looks unobtrusive and similar to the stock part. Perfect road-legal cylinder that will boost overall performance, torque and top speed. The power is well above the stock cylinder: around 7 hp, that is 3 – 4 hp more than the original! To exploit the full potential of this kit, we recommend combining it with a bigger carburetor (17.5mm or more), and a mid-range tuning exhaust. The kit includes: 50cc cast iron cylinder, d=40mm, 5 transfer ports and simple exhaust port 2-ring piston, 12mm pin, with piston rings and circlips high-compression cylinder head, aluminium gasket set As always, we recommend cleaning the engine before installing a new cylinder and getting a new spark plug and a new small end bearing.
