Surface PreparationSurface preparation is a crucial first step to ensure optimal results. Concrete surface must be clean and free from dust, dirt and other particles. Ensure you concrete is completely dry, prior to sealing.ApplicationMixing Alpha X 1. Shake well prior to use 2. Measure out required Sealer. Replace lid on container immediately.Primer Coat (if applicable) Alpha X, can be diluted if required – 4 Parts Alpha X : 1 Part XyleneApplication 3. Pour sealer mixture onto concrete or paint tray and use a nap roller to spread product. 4. Spread the sealer across concrete surface and move for approximately 1/2 – 1 minute. Do not let the mixture dry out. Take care with sides and angled surfaces as drips may stain. 5. Use a glove to wring excess mixture from roller and backroll to ensure even coverage. Be careful not to over backroll. 6. Allow to dry for 15-30 minutes. Note: If streaking occurs, sand out prior to applying additional coats. 7.
