Description ProAiir DIPS is a concentrated pigment, cosmetic alcohol-based, highly durable hybrid formula created for use on skin.Unlike traditional cake makeup, DIPS will withstand extremeconditions like warm temperatures, sweating, water, rubbingand other activities that would normally lead todeterioration. Although much more durable than cakemakeup, DIPS is not permanent and will dissolve naturallyover time. Removal is easy with LIQUID SOAP or baby oilapplied directly over the design. Use DIPS for line work overcake makeup, powders, hybrid airbrush base paint or directlyon skin.
