This vinegar, made in the pure Champagne vinegar tradition, is made from wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. We gave it time to develop all its flavors, since it has aged 6 years in oak barrels in our Reims cellars before being bottled in our factory. The greatest Chefs have already made it their gourmet accomplice: one thinks among others of the talented three-star chef of “L’Assiette Champenoise”, Arnaud Lallement, who exclusively uses 6-year-old Clovis vinegar to prepare his dishes. This vinegar will go perfectly with your sauces, and will give a unique taste to dishes such as salmon, risotto or scallops.
