Grown in the volcanic soils of Velay in Haute-Loire, these green lentils are firm when cooked and prized for their unique flavor. Loved by chefs worldwide, they are perfect in salads, with meat or fish, and even in creative desserts. Ingredients: Green lentils from Puy (may contain traces of gluten). Preparation: Rinse and cook in 3 parts cold water for about 20 minutes from boiling. Add salt only at the end. Each pack serves 6 (80g per portion).
