It’s a disaster for the logistics. One order placed could made 20 back and forth conversations for the missing items —> missing again for replacement order—> wrong recipient for 3rd replacement order. My order made on late Feb and I still haven’t received the complete order in April. CS always replied “ terrible sorry for messy delivery “ but never improved. Great disappointment. I hope management could see my message and feel my frustration. I have to say, GREAT books but POOR administration.
